Strength & Conditioning

All of our strength and conditioning staff have Bachelors degrees in Kinesiology (the study of human movement) and carry one of the following certifications:
  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP)

An individual can only become a CSCS or CPT after passing a challenging and comprehensive exam. These certified individuals possess the knowledge and skills to design and implement safe and effective strength and conditioning programs.

Our Strength Coaches Can...

  • Design strength and conditioning programs for individuals, groups or athletes looking to improve strength, power, speed, agility and/or cardiovascular fitness
  • Carry out fitness testing and evaluation for individuals

Strength & Conditioning Services

At Benefit Rehabilitation and Strength Training Inc. we believe in a functional approach to training. 

Our Strength and Conditioning Services include;


  • Personal Training 
A one-on-one 1 hour session with one of our certified strength coaches is aimed at your personal fitness goals. We also offer this service in the comfort of your own home.

  • Small Group Training
These sessions allow each certified strength coach to have up to 6 clients/hour. You still receive your own customized training program which is specific to your fitness goals .

  • Program Design
Come in and have one of our certified strength coaches design a training program specific to your goals which you can then take away and do on your own.  This service also includes an orientation session which will get you acquainted with your new program. 

  •  Sport Specific Team Training
Every team is looking for an edge against their competition.  Let us help you get that edge and take your team to the next level by having one of our strength coaches implement a training program with your team.

  • Boot Camp
This class is an hour long and provides total body conditioning 3 times/week in a fun and exciting atmosphere.
